The charge will appear on the bank statement using the billing descriptor provided by the payment gateway (SegPay / CentroBill).

2.3 Pricing and Fees

Specific pricing for each tier (e.g., SILVER: €39.95; DIAMOND: €54.96) is detailed on the Subscription Page. NEON BULB, S.L. reserves the right to change subscription prices with at least thirty (30) days' notice via email or site notification.

2.4 Cancellation and Termination

The Subscriber may cancel their recurring subscription at any time through their My Account Dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

NEON BULB, S.L. reserves the right to terminate or suspend access immediately for any breach of these T&Cs, particularly regarding content redistribution or age verification.

3. DIGITAL CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
