Neon Bulb, S.L. (B22512727), as Data Controller, informs you that your data will be processed for the following purposes:

Management of applications: Processing and evaluation of candidates for erotic/pornographic audiovisual productions. Data related to physical appearance and sexual experience/preferences will be collected and processed only with your explicit consent (Art. 9.2.a GDPR).
Communication: Contacting registered persons to provide information, arrange interviews, and communicate results.
Contractual relationships: Managing necessary contracts, participation agreements, and the transfer of image rights for selected performers.
Conservation of profiles: With explicit consent, we will keep profiles and audiovisual material for potential participation in future productions.
